About Paul

Paul’s 38+ years of broad business experience extends all the way from the workshop floor into the boardroom of multi-national corporations in both the retail and wholesale/distribution sectors across a range of industries.

Predominately within the automotive industry and its franchised operations, Paul’s experience has been further enhanced through association with start-up companies, the print industry, transport and logistics, and chair of private school boards.

Paul’s broad based experience is invaluable in assisting leaders to having a positive impact on their organisations. His coaching, consulting and advisory style is holistic, values based, and emphasises the whole wellbeing with a distinct purpose of helping individuals and organisations to move forward by achieving their goals while at the same time being congruent with their values.

His approach is based on positive psychology and is solution focused, challenging the validity and realism of existing goals, and encouraging the adoption of new and novel viewpoints, before considering the practical aspects of commitment, planning and action.

Paul has attained a Master of Management from Monash University, Graduate Certificate in Organisational Coaching from Swinburne University, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Swinburne University. He is a certified member of the International Coaching Federation, and The Governance Institute of Australia.
